"You probably won’t need to claim under your warranty but it’s nice to know we will support you if anything goes wrong. All Wisper e-bikes have a good, comprehensive two year warranty on electrical and bike parts with five years on frames, for full details please see our Extended Warranty.

If you make a claim, we need to be able to identify both you and your bike. So we need to ask a few questions. Please answer all the questions marked *, we cannot register your bike without this information. Please answer the other questions if you feel inclined, this information will remain anonymous but helps us in our struggle to persuade the Government to spend more on cycling!"
