Delivery/Collection

At present only UK shipping and collection from the store is available, if you would like to purchase one of our items and have it posted  internationally, please e-mail us at customercare@kingscycles.co.uk 

 

 When collecting a bicycle from us directly please contact us either via email at customercare@kingscycles.co.uk or via phone on 01823 662260 before arriving so as to arrange to have the bicycle waiting for you.

If you are collecting an item that is not a bicycle, please contact us beforehand to let us know when you are likely to collect it. We try to keep the website up to date and as accurate as possible but occasionally items may become out of stock as you are purchasing the item or an item may be discontinued and the last one purchased by another customer.

If this happens we can either refund you or send out the item when it comes back into stock, if the item is discontinued and no longer available we will refund you or find you a suitable replacement, the choice is yours!

Returning an Item

You have 14 days in which to return the item, if that is your desire. After 14 days an item can only be returned if it is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its intended purpose. e.g. If you try to use a bike pump to pump up your car tyres - this would not be a case of not fit for purpose as that is not what the bike pump is designed for.

Right to Cancel

From the date of delivery you have 14 days in which to cancel your order, after 14 days orders can not be cancelled.

Return Postage:

If an item needs collecting and the item doesn't fit the following criteria: 

1. Faulty
2. Not as Described 
3. Not Fit for Purpose

Postage costs will be deducted from your refund.
