Wisper Bikes Warranty Form
"You probably won’t need to claim under your warranty but it’s nice to know we will support you if anything goes wrong. All Wisper ebikes have a good, comprehensive two year warranty on electrical and bike parts with five years on frames, for full details please see our Extended Warranty.
If you make a claim, we need to be able to identify both you and your bike. So we need to ask a few questions. Please answer all the questions marked *, we cannot register your bike without this information. Please answer the other questions if you feel inclined, this information will remain anonymous but helps us in our struggle to persuade the Government to spend more on cycling!"
Lifetime warranty on all frames for the entire ownership of the original purchaser. This covers manufacturing and material defects on bikes manufactured since 2011. No exclusions for racing. Rider and equipment weight limit: 120kg for standard bikes; 140kg for e-Bikes.
Forks: Carbon and aluminium rigid forks are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase
Suspension: Rear suspension components are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase
All other Merida branded components, including paint and finish, are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase.
The Merida Warranty Excludes:
Componentry which isn’t Merida branded (see below)
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by accidents, neglect or abuse
Improper follow-up maintenance; all bikes must be serviced by an authorised Merida dealer within 6 months of purchase. Suspension systems must be serviced annually by an authorised dealer
Modification or alteration of the frame or original components
Direct, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages for personal injuries, property damage or economic loss
Labour charges for part replacement or changeover
Transport charges for replacement parts
Issues relating to branded original components, such as Shimano or SRAM are the responsibility of the appropriate component manufacturer’s warranty and subject to their terms and conditions.
In the case of branded components failing, please contact your local Merida stockist who will liaise with the relevant distributor on your behalf.
The Warranty Claim Process – UK & Ireland
ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS ON MERIDA BICYCLES MUST BE MADE THROUGH AN AUTHORISED MERIDA STOCKIST.

We stand behind our frames—forever. This means we offer a lifetime warranty to the original owner against structural defects in material or workmanship on ALL models of Specialized-branded frames and forks. This includes seatstays and chainstays on full-suspension bikes.
Just like our frames, Roval wheels are warrantied for life.
Other Specialized-branded products (as well as frame paint and graphics) are covered by a two-year warranty. Turbo batteries have a warranty for 2 years or 300 charge cycles—whichever comes first.
If you're the second, or later, owner of a Specialized or Roval product, you are eligible for a two-year warranty from the date of the original retail purchase.
